NON SPEAKER PARTICIPANT PROCEDURE

To guarantee smooth administration, the whole submission process is done fully online and NOT by email. Here is the procedure:

  1. Make the payment
  2. Create new account (click menu Register - Non Speaker)
  3. Completing the identity
  4. Upload the payment proof through our online system (NOT email)
  5. After your payment is confirmed, you can join the virtual conference on  November 8th-11th 2024
  6. Information about joining the conference will be informed through your accounts.
